Ending a relationship and moving on is the hardest part of falling in love. Most of us can experience this, so don't ever think that it is the end of your world! You must bear in mind that whenever a tree looses it's leaf, a new leaf is ready to take its place.

Here are some tips that may help you move on :

1.) Keep yourself busy

The more you spent alone, the more time you can think about your ex. So, reached out your closest  friends, reconnect with them and try to attend some family gatherings. Once you kept busy, you wouldn't start reminiscing your past relationship.

2.) Explore and Chill

Change of scenery and environment can help you to clear your mind and help you to ease some depression and stress. You don't have to go other countries or spent a lot of money! Just visiting some family or friends in nearby town will do. This will also help you to meet new friends and maybe a new apple of your eye.

3.) Eat till you drop

Eating, specially chocolate is clinically proven effective to reduce stress. So whenever you feel down, you know what to do! :)

4.) Keep distance and delete everything that may remind your ex

If you want to forget someone then you must delete everything that reminds him/her. Do not try to contact your ex. Move away those pictures of the two of you together. If you fail to do this, you might have to start all over again.

 5.) Get yourself a makeover

Go to a spa or salon, this will be the best thing to pamper yourself. If you still have an extra money, you can buy yourself a new but not too expensive dress and shoes. Having a new look  means a new you, and a new beginning.

 6. ) Learn from it

What was happened consider that as a learning experience and use that next time! Look over your relationship  and list both good and bad things that happened. Blog it and share your experience to others. In this way, you might find other people who have the same problem as yours. You can get a tips from them too. Be sure not to divulge some private information for your own privacy and safety.

7.) Accept the reality

Accepting the fact that it is over is the best way to move on. All of the relationship have its time, and now a chapter in your life is now closed and you are now ready to enter another chapter of your life.
